A family man who was born in Las Vegas, NV, Joshua Schreck, joined the Navy at 17. After serving on active duty in the Navy, Josh did various jobs in public service before deciding to get back into the military and joined the Army. While in the Army Josh met his wife and moved to Hamburg, NY. While still serving in the Army Josh decided to pursue business as a career.

JNS Consulting was started to assist the local businesses of Buffalo and WNY. JNS started with an organization that leased machines and sold service to small business owners then moved onto a partnership with Service Related, where his desire to assist the small business owners nation wide grew.
